  1. Fairly similar, I think, to the last version, except that THAT had more flats. I've flagged it to the Brent councillors anyway. Spoke to Barnet who were their usual (un)helpful selves.

    The consultation hasn't gone very wide. The transport assessment on the web is interesting - 64 percent journeys by CAR!

  2. Transport Assessment says:

    At the request of LB Barnet, the effect of the proposed development was also assessed in light of the proposed BXC masterplan. As the TA for that scheme was not available at the time of the 2008 Cricklewood Gate TA a number of assumptions had to be made, both with regard to the resultant traffic changes, and to the eventual road layout post-BXC. The conclusion reached was that at the BXC assessment year (2026), with BXC and the proposed new bridge over the Midland Mainline in place connecting into the Oxbridge Gardens junction, the Dollis Hill lane junction was likely to be operating over-capacity, with or without the addition of Cricklewood Gate.
